Women In Radio Gives and The Mix Group Presents:

The 2nd Annual Women In Radio Dinner on March 4th,2018 in Miami,Fl at Mind Warehouse from 5-8PM.  We have a power-packed group of panelists eager to share their personal stories in radio as is relates to life,time management, sales, on-air, programming and so much more!

Come dine with women from the radio industry, listen, network and learn. Our panelists include, Supa Cindy (99 JAMZ), Georgia Beasley (Futuri Media), Sondra Rae (XL 106.7), Elizabeth Hamma (Senior Vice President/Market Manager of Alpha Media WPB) Stichiz (103.5 The Beat).

A delicious dinner will be served by World Famous House of Mac, with plenty of options to choose from.

Plus, enjoy sounds by our in-house DJ, ShawnyTaughtU (Streetz 94.5) and an intimate performance from Slip-N-Slide Records recording artist, Teenear!

GEORGIA BEASLEY | director of TopicPulse Strategic Initiatives

Georgia Beasley is a multimedia force with a specialty of speaking millennial to achieve success in all aspects of business. Georgia’s professional background includes more than a decade of growing media sales revenues in broadcast, digital and non-traditional revenue.  Georgia has held the role of general sales manager and digital sales manager in Beasley Media Group's Augusta, Georgia, Miami, Florida, Wilmington, Delaware & Ft. Myers, Florida clusters. Most recently, Beasley joined Futuri Media as the Director of TopicPulse Strategic Initiatives where she focuses on bringing it's data-driven story discovery capabilities along with the complete portfolio of products to media industry partners.

Georgia has a distinct perspective as both employee and manager with various formats, revenue streams, and in a variety of market sizes from big and medium to small. It is this 360º knowledge of the industry that allows Georgia to inform any market on how to best approach growth; even more than that, Georgia aims to help each team understand how to earn their “unfair share” and set themselves up for long term success.

Her passion is advancing radio in the digital space and exploring new opportunities as they evolve.  Georgia graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She has bachelor’s degrees in both Communications Studies and Women’s Studies. Georgia lives in Estero, FL with her 5 year-old son, Bobby and 3 year-old son, Zayn.

Cassondra Valentino | radio personality

Sondra Rae is an On Air Personality on XL1067 and Pride Radio. She has been in the industry for a little over 7 years. Sondra started out as an intern on a male dominate talk show and worked her way up to the #1 Morning show in Central Florida. She is passionate about Orlando and the LGBTQ community. Connecting with her listeners and hearing "their" story is her favorite! When she's not on the radio or hosting events, she is exploring new places with her wife and most likely sipping on some wine.

eLIZABETH HAMMA | sr vp/market manger

Elizabeth Hamma is Senior Vice President/Market Manager of Alpha Media’s West Palm Beach cluster of radio stations including 97.9 WRMF, Sunny 107.9 WEAT, 103.1 WIRK Country, X102.3 WMBX, Beatz 96.3, 850 WFTL News and 640 Sports – The Hurricane.
During her 35 years in the broadcasting field, Elizabeth has held several management positions in various markets including General Manager of Cox Radio’s cluster in Louisville, Kentucky; Director of Sales for Clear Channel’s WWWW/WDFN in Detroit, Michigan; and Clear Channel Radio’s cluster in Syracuse, New York.
A graduate of St. Francis University in Pennsylvania, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Journalism. A person who believes in community involvement, Elizabeth has served on the Palm Beach State College Foundation Board for over ten years. She currently holds board positions with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society as well as the Urban League of Palm Beach County. Additionally,Elizabeth chaired the ALS Association’s Walk to Defeat ALS two consecutive years, participated in several Susan G. Komen 3-day 60 mile walks and is active in several other local organizations.

Stichiz is not a stranger to audiences of over 10,000+. The young Entertainer has been invited to perform as the opening act for world renowned artists such as Wyclef Jean, Nas, Gucci Mane, Lil Kim, Fred Hammond, Shawn Mendes, Capleton, Damian Marley, R.City and more. Stichiz commands your attention.

Stichiz also transforms her presence to radio. She was recently presented by collegiate members with the NAACP Image Award as Best South Florida Radio Personality. You can hear her on the airwaves in many markets across the United States and overseas. Listen to her on iHeart Radio; WMIB-103.5 The Beat FM, WHYI Y100. 100.7 FM- Miami  93.3FM The Beat in Jacksonville and various markets across the U.S. Stichiz is passionate about music, passionate about being a radio personality but most importantly, she is passionate about serving Christ Almighty God and her community. She is the founder of Project T.E.A.C.H. and with various partners including Literacy Connect INC. Stichiz travels to various locations building small book nooks/libraries for kids.


teenear | Recording artist

Slip-N-Slide Records recording artist Teenear, 19, is carving a lane of her own. The Miami native began singing at the age of 3 and honed her craft through participating in pageants, talent shows and in church. With her sights set on singing, dancing and acting, Teenear is poised to be Miami’s next breakout star.

In 2015, she released her debut single; “Friday Night” featuring Sage The Gemini which has garnered over 500,000 views on YouTube. The following summer, she released her second single “Streetlights” which was supported by a remix featuring rapper Trina. The two releases display the singer’s progressive growth that only continues with the new music that she is preparing to release.Following a performance at Rolling Loud Festival 2017, the recording artist released “Love Me Or Leave Me” featuring Fetty Wap and is gearing up to release the Austin Mahone-assisted “9 To 5.” 

Yearly, the Teenear teams up with Miami-Dade County Commissioner Barbara Jordan and the Ted Lucas foundation for their annual turkey giveaway. Her philanthropic efforts also include visiting the Miami Children’s Hospital and working with the American Cancer Foundation.
